Im here to create and coordinate a stress-free event. Each event is tailored to fit your style, personality, and budget. With my experience in event coordination, I will take care of styling, the location, and planning for your event. All you'll need to do is show up.

Terms & Conditions
Non-refundable deposit
All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date and time slot. Booking can be found on the website
www.moment2cherish.com. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. However, picnics cannot not be canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior. We may reschedule for a later date (subject to availability)
Weather Conditions
Texas weather is unpredictable. When booking your picnic, please have an alternative venue location available in case rain is in the forecast the day of your picnic. If weather is not favorable the day of your picnic, you may reschedule for a later date with no penalties. (Subject to availability)
Picnic Liability
For the duration of your picnic, you are responsible for any lost, stolen,and/or broken items and can be charged a fee should this occur. Though we use real candles, we do not permit the use of any open flames candles and therefore are not held liable for any fire hazards. Please never leave your picnic area unattended. Should you need to leave earlier than your scheduled time, please text us immediately and we’ll be there as soon as possible.

I'm Tywana, owner and lead planner at Moments 2 Cherish. My interest in event planning came about planning celebrations for family and friends long before I knew people did this for a living. It's something In me that brings joy and excitement knowing I’ve created a moment that’s tailored around my clients style and budget. My favorite part of planning and designing events is seeing the smiles and emotions of happy clients.
